An intimate 8-week group therapy series in Eugene, Oregon — designed for those navigating life's transitions and seeking real connection. Fully covered for Trillium OHP members.
Individual therapy is powerful — but there's something that only happens in a room with others who get it. Group therapy offers a unique healing environment where you're not alone in your experience, and where the group itself becomes a catalyst for change.
I'm opening enrollment for a new 8-week group therapy series at CUTI Therapy, specifically designed for Trillium OHP members in Eugene. This is not a lecture or a class — it's a living, breathing therapeutic community.
"The group becomes a microcosm of the world — and within it, real change happens."
A structured yet flexible format designed to maximize depth, safety, and growth.
Planned for 2026 in Eugene. Email to join the interest list — spots are limited and filling early.
Once per week for 8 weeks. Each session is 90 minutes, held in the evening. In-person in Eugene.
Each session includes process, education, peer feedback, and discussion — a balanced blend of learning and lived experience.
Limited to 9 participants to ensure intimacy, safety, and meaningful connection. Screening required for all members.
Fully covered for Trillium Community Health Plan (OHP) members. Private pay rates available. We handle billing.
In-person in Eugene, Oregon. Exact location shared upon enrollment. Accessible and private setting.
I don't limit this group to a specific diagnosis. Life is complex, and so are the people in it. What matters most is a genuine desire to grow, connect, and show up — for yourself and for others in the room.
All participants go through an initial screening to ensure the group is cohesive and safe for everyone. This isn't a barrier — it's how we protect the integrity of the space.

Group therapy is a covered behavioral health benefit under OHP. Trillium members typically pay nothing out of pocket for covered group sessions.
A consistent, predictable structure that creates safety and depth.
Each member briefly shares their current state — emotionally, physically, and mentally. This grounds the group and builds attunement.
Open group processing time. Members share what's alive for them, respond to each other, and explore interpersonal dynamics in real time.
A brief psychoeducation segment on a relevant topic: nervous system regulation, attachment, cognitive patterns, or trauma responses.
Structured peer reflection — members offer observations and support to each other in a guided, boundaried format.
A grounding close. Members share one takeaway or intention. The session ends with a brief somatic anchor to return to the body.
We are contracted with Trillium Community Health Plan and accept OHP Open Card. Group therapy is billed under CPT code 90853 — a covered behavioral health benefit — meaning you can access this 8-week series at no cost to you. We handle all billing and authorization directly.
